1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India via Shiprocket’s extensive logistics network. For international orders, delivery availability will depend on serviceability in the destination country.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/volume of the package.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹2000 within India.
  • Additional fees such as customs duties or taxes (for international deliveries) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • International Orders: Delivery timelines vary by destination, usually ranging from 7-15 business days.
  • Note: Processing times (1-2 business days) are not included in the delivery timeline.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. This link allows you to track your shipment in real time through the Shiprocket platform.


5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier service is unable to deliver your package:

  • First Attempt: The delivery agent will contact you for rescheduling.
  • Subsequent Attempts: If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping fees may apply.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, certain factors may cause delays, including:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations.
  • Customs clearance for international orders.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • We will work with Shiprocket to investigate the issue and ensure appropriate action, such as a replacement or refund.

8. Address Modifications

Once an order is shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated. Ensure accurate address details at checkout to avoid delays.
